If you have a small bedroom, buy space-saving beds like storage beds. Storage beds have built-in drawers you can use to put in beddings, socks and other things to clear some closet space. Bunk beds are fun alternatives to twin beds. They serve the same purpose but take up half the size. A good bed for guest rooms would be daybeds with pullouts, allowing you to take in visitors.
Comfort is the primary goal of having a bed in the house so never put that aside just so you can get the best looking set. When a person comes into the bedroom, there should be a feeling of comfort and security. After a hard day"s work, don"t you just want to lie down without worries? The bed, as a centerpiece of the bedroom, must be able to provide that. It should be an inviting item in the bedroom, not a display object you wouldn"t want to ruin by sleeping on it.
